I always joke with my friends: I went to the Colorado School of Mines in Golden for engineering, where I earned my B.S. and M.S. degrees. But now, I’m not back to pursue a Ph.D. Instead, I’m here to earn my PHO!

Growing up, my passion was always Pho, from the rich, fragrant aroma of broth simmered overnight, to the pure joy of sharing a warm bowl with family.

That deep-seated love inspired me to create a place where everyone can enjoy Pho that is the perfect blend of Ngon (Delicious), Bổ (Nutritious), and Rẻ (Reasonably priced).

Our Pho is made fresh daily, served fast, and cooked with genuine care and passion. We invite you to come in and taste the story!
